[x] todo list: could add a todo item and do it.
[x] timelogs: could start/add/plan/analysis tasks and log the time
[x] new tech: use some simple javascript
[x] time zone related issues solved
[x] bug fixed: add task time will be log as UTC time but not local
[x] find a way to use javascript correctly and more
[x] use more javascript
